Shipping and Returns

Shipping

In stock and ready to ship items will ship out from us in 1-3 business days.

We currently ship to all US states except for Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship internationally. Your shipping cost will be determined at check out based on your location, shipping method chosen, and weight of item(s) purchased.

We ship to the address that you provide to us at check out. Please verify that your address is correct before submitting your order.

Returns

We hope that you love your item(s), but we do accept returns. The returns process must be started within 7 days of the delivery of your item(s). Please contact us via our contact form or at info@foreverreclaimed.com to begin this process. In your message, please be sure to include your name, order number, and which item(s) you would like to return. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and the original shipping charges when the order was placed. Once we receive the item(s) back, we will do an inspection. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was received. If the item comes with multiple parts or accessories, all parts must be returned to be eligible for a full refund. Please carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Once we have determined that the item(s) are in good condition, your refund will be processed. It can take a few business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. There are situations where only a partial refund will be granted: item(s) returned not in the condition they were received or item is missing parts not due to Forever Reclaimed LLC’s error

Customized orders and wedding orders are not able to be returned. If you have any concerns about your order please email us at info@foreverreclaimed.com so we can assist.

Damaged Items During Shipping: We do everything we can to package your item carefully for shipping, but there are times where your item may arrive damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to notify us of your damaged item(s). Do not throw the item or packing away. Please provide us with pictures of the packaging and damaged item(s) so we can assist you with making a claim with the shipping carrier.  

Wood flowers are delicate and small amounts of chipping can sometimes occur and is normal.

We try to provide accurate photos and descriptions of each product, but please note that some coloring may vary on your device screen.

Cancelations

Your order may be canceled and refunded before it is processed and shipped. Please email us info@foreverreclaimed.com to cancel. Once your order has been shipped it can no longer be canceled. Please refer to our “Returns” policy if you would like to return the item for a refund once you receive it.

Wedding clients, please refer to your contract for more information regarding cancellations/changes.
